777bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of any provision of this Agreement; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation; unresolved KYC verification failure; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or at the player's own request.
Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., closure not resulting from terms violations), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their last used verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balance is not withdrawable and will not be returned upon account closure.
In cases where account closure results from a terms violation, 777bdt reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Players may appeal such decisions by contacting the support team in writing within 30 days of notification of account closure.
